Beginning his career as an Apprentice Technician, Gavin progressed through Workshop Control, then to Service Advising, and on to Service Management. Since then Gavin has also held positions in Sales and General Management, including working as an Area Manager with Australia’s leading premium manufacturer, BMW Group Australia

Gavin has a broad network throughout Australia to draw upon in placing key staff. His extensive specialist experience also enables him to recognise what employers truly value in the selection and procurement of the best technicians.

Having emigrated himself from the UK in 1998 as a Technician, Gavin has first hand experience in the necessary steps involved in building a new life in Australia.
